Neera Agarwal, Co-Founder and President As a President of WRT, Neera Agarwal oversees daily operations, sets strategic product direction and directs general corporate communications. Neera is a dynamic business professional with more than 20 years of experience in high-tech – she strengthens WRT’s position of a technology boutique that enables organizations to pursue excellence through technical innovation.
Prior to WRT, Neera specialized in transformation of complex processes, projects, and technology requirements into tangible business technology solutions. Most recently, as a product manager at VPI, she played a key strategic leadership role in the development and launch of state-of-the-art suite of contact center performance management applications. This innovative system marked a radical departure from the conventional solutions previously available to contact centers and earned respect and recognition from top industry analysts.
Prior to VPI, she designed, architected and implemented large data warehouses, business intelligence systems, and data quality projects for organizations of all sizes, to include numerous Fortune 500 leaders in biotech, health care, manufacturing, financial services, telecom, airlines, and construction industries. Neera successfully lead teams of product managers, business analysts, engineers, data architects and other professionals to successful completion of technology projects for VPI, Amgen, PriceWaterhouse Coopers (now IBM), Sun MicroSystems, Health Net, Tatas and many others.
Neera Agarwal has earned Master’s Degree in Computer Science with highest honors from CSU, Ohio and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from IT-BHU Varanasi, India.
Ashish Gupta, Co-Founder and CTO Ashish Gupta is co-founder and CTO of WoodRanch Technology, Inc. As a seasoned industry veteran who worked with industry leaders like Yahoo, Digital Insight (Intuit), Netscape, Webvan and Tatas, he leads WRT to technical excellence through accelerated innovation and problem-solving creativity.
Ashish is an expert in architecture and implementation of very large scale, distributed web and data systems. At Yahoo, Ashish led the architecture and design of Yahoo's YPN Web Systems and Data Mart. At Digital Insight (Intuit), he was instrumental in creating the next generation architecture of internet banking product. He successfully introduced and evangelized many new architectural and technical approaches at Countrywide Home Loans. Earlier in his career he designed and built a distributed, source control and release management system for a multinational bank. He led the development of International Fund Transfer system based on SWIFT for Citibank, Tokyo.
Ashish is an accomplished manager and experienced, certified and scrum master with a combination of engineering and operational experience. He has successfully managed core engineering teams for many companies including Vaultstreet, Yahoo, Countrywide and Tatas. He has led Scrum teams for Vaulstreet and Yahoo. He managed 24/7 operations and support team for Webvan. His industry experience spans Internet Advertising (Yahoo), Retail Banking (Digital Insight, Citibank, Midland Bank), Cash Management (Digital Insight), Mortgage Banking (CountryWide Home Loans), Retail (Webvan, Cole National, Al Futtaim) and Contact Center & CRM (Webvan).
Ashish Gupta has Masters Degree in Computers & IS from CSU, Ohio and Bachelors Degree in Electronics Eng. from IT-BHU, Varanasi, India. (IT BHU is one of the highest ranked engineering colleges in India with what is regarded as the toughest engineering entrance exam in the world.)
